Jalsa Salana Qadian - Speech - Dec 28, 2025

Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad - Khalifatul Masih V (a.b.a)

Published: December 27, 2025

Allah is the Greatest, the Gracious, the Merciful. Peace be upon you all. I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, He is alone and has no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger. After this, I seek refuge with Allah from Satan the accursed. In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.

All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds. The Gracious, the Merciful. Master of the Day of Judgment. Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we implore for help. Guide us on the right path, the path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, those who have not incurred Thy displeasure, and those who have not gone astray.

By the Grace of Allah, the Jalsa Salana Qadian is now coming to an end. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has said regarding this Jalsa that it is a matter that is purely based on the support of the truth and the guidance of the Kalima-e-Islam. This is why it is not like other Jalsas. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has said that the foundation stone of this Jalsa has been laid by Allah the Almighty Himself, and nations have been prepared for this, which will soon be included in it.

Today, we can see that Jalsas are being held all over the world and as the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has said, nations are participating in them. The community of Qadian, which no one knew about, is now part of the Jalsa Salana. According to the information we have received, there are representatives from 37 countries participating in this Jalsa. This is clear proof that this Jalsa is being held with the special support of Allah the Almighty.

However, we should also bear in mind that every person will benefit from the blessings of this Jalsa, which has been bestowed upon us by the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace. Those people who do not pay attention to their spiritual and moral improvement and progress will not benefit from the blessings of this Jalsa.

Every Ahmadi should make use of the pledge of allegiance that the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has taken from us. In particular, we should pay special attention to this by participating in this Jalsa. Only then will we become the recipients of the prayers of the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, because the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has prayed a lot for those who participate in this Jalsa and has prayed for those who are sincere.

You will have to listen to the speeches of the religious and intellectual scholars who have participated in this Jalsa. These are very beneficial speeches. In fact, I should say that all of them are very beneficial. However, you can only benefit from these speeches in your life when you keep the pledge of allegiance in front of you. It is the duty of every Ahmadi to make full use of this pledge of allegiance and to constantly repeat it.

After a while, people tend to forget what they took the pledge of allegiance on. They tend to forget the purpose of being an Ahmadi. Only when we remember this purpose can we fulfil this pledge of allegiance, for which we have joined the Jama'at of the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace.

Allah the Almighty had sent the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, so that those people who have forgotten the teachings of Islam and are moving away from Allah the Almighty, may they be brought back to Allah the Almighty and may they be told about the teachings of Islam and may they be made the Muslims that the Holy Prophet, on whom be peace, desired to be made. This is the very purpose for which Allah the Almighty had sent the Holy Prophet, on whom be peace, and the Holy Prophet, on whom be peace, created pure changes in his companions and made them practical Muslims. Thus, this is a very important point which we should always remember.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has set many conditions for the pledge of allegiance. I cannot go into the details of these conditions at this time, but I will briefly mention them. First of all, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that the fundamental principle for those who take part in the pledge of allegiance is that they will never commit shirk until they die.

What is shirk? People think that we have never worshipped any idol, we have never prostrated in front of anyone; therefore, we are not polytheists. However, we should always keep in mind the definition of shirk which the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has given. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that the pledge of allegiance is not only about saying, there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and having thousands of idols in one's heart. Rather, it is about a person who believes in God Almighty. God Almighty bestows His greatness upon a person, or He bestows His greatness upon His own self, which should be bestowed upon God Almighty. In all of these cases, God Almighty considers such a person to be a worshipper.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said, that the true Tauheed, which God Almighty desires from us and from which salvation comes, is that God Almighty considers every individual to be an idol, whether it is a human being, the sun, the moon, or one's own self, or one's own plan, or one's own deception and deception. In contrast to this, He does not consider anyone to be powerful. In other words, always remember that no one has power over this. Only God Almighty has the power to do everything for me, to bring about good results for me and to bring about good outcomes for me. This is why I have to bow down before Him. Thus, we must safeguard ourselves from this fine line of polytheism.

Only then can we fulfil the right of being a part of the Community of the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, and purify ourselves from this fine line of polytheism. To safeguard ourselves from the many evils that are prevalent in this day and age, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that those who take part in my Bai'at should also pledge that they will never speak a lie and will never go near adultery.

Now, adultery is a matter of the eyes as well as of the thoughts. These days, the various forms of media and the things that are presented to us through new technologies include such things which, if not practically, at least create thoughts of adultery. This also leads to malice. Many people write to me about this. Thus, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that we should also safeguard ourselves from this. We should safeguard ourselves from all forms of immorality, oppression, treachery, disorder and rebellion. This is fulfilling the right of my Bai'at.

We should not be overcome by our own passions. In fact, we should safeguard ourselves from them. Only when you safeguard yourself from them will you fulfil the right of my Bai'at. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, also said that if you pledge allegiance with me, then you should perform the five daily prayers in accordance with the commandments of Allah and His Messenger, and you should also try to offer the Tahajjud prayer.

Then, you should send salutations upon the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. You should seek forgiveness for your sins, and you should regularly seek forgiveness for your sins. You should always remember the favours of Allah the Almighty with all your heart, and you should make His praise a daily habit.

People ask how one can draw near to Allah the Almighty. One can draw near to Allah the Almighty in the same manner as the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has said and has taken a pledge from us that the one who takes the pledge of allegiance with me will remember the favours of Allah the Almighty and will praise Him. When you praise Him and remember His favours, then you will automatically draw nearer to Allah the Almighty. This is the fundamental thing that we should remember.

Then, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has said, that if you have taken the pledge of allegiance with me, then you should also remember that it is not permissible for the creation of Allah the Almighty and especially for Muslims to cause any kind of harm through their personal passions, neither through words, nor through actions, nor through any other means.

Then, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has also said, that if you have taken the pledge of allegiance with me, then you should remember that in every situation, whether it is a state of grief, or a state of happiness, or a state of distress, or a state of ease, or if you are receiving favours, or if you are receiving rewards, in every situation, you should always remain loyal to Allah the Almighty and in every situation, you should remain contented.

This is why we take the pledge of allegiance, and by the grace of Allah the Almighty, thousands and millions of people join the Jama'at. The elders of those who were born Ahmadis took the pledge of allegiance, and we continue to take the pledge of allegiance every year that we will do everything that is written in the conditions of the pledge of allegiance, but we do not have the conditions of the pledge of allegiance in front of us, although we have the book available. This is why every Ahmadi should keep these conditions in front of them from time to time.

There are many people who write to me and say that they have hung the conditions of the pledge of allegiance in their homes. If we hang them, we will be able to find out what the conditions of the pledge of allegiance are, and when we continue to read it, we will be able to find out how to become a true Ahmadi Muslim and how to fulfil the pledge of allegiance.

We should be ready to face every difficulty in the way of Allah the Almighty, and we should not turn away from Allah the Almighty in the event of any difficulty or difficulty. Many people ask that we have made so many prayers, yet we are still facing difficulties. If this is clear to such people, it means that we are lacking in our prayers or that Allah the Almighty wants to test us further. This is why we have no other place other than Allah the Almighty where we can go, and this is why we have to bow down to Allah the Almighty, and when we continue to bow down to Him and continuously fulfil the rights of His worship, then Allah the Almighty will bless us with His blessings.

We have also pledged that we will always abstain from the wrong customs and traditions, and we will try to follow the commandments of the Holy Qur'an in its entirety. We have to make them our own customs and traditions. If we analyse this, we will find out to what extent we are following it. Are we 100% following the commandments of Allah and His Messenger? If not, then we should pay attention to this by seeking forgiveness and by bowing down to Allah the Almighty.

We should seek the commandments of the Holy Qur'an and by keeping in view of its commandments, we should try to spend our lives in accordance with them. Then the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said, that if you have come to my Bai'at, then you will have to leave these illnesses as well, i.e. you will never have to be arrogant. You should leave the illness of arrogance, you should completely leave it, you should leave your arrogance and you will have to adopt those virtues, such as being humble, pious and pious. You will have to pledge to live a life of gentleness and meekness. Only then can you become a true Ahmadi.

Therefore, we should keep this in mind and we should keep analysing to what extent we are following these things. Then the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said, that if you have joined my Jama'at and have pledged allegiance to me, then you should also pledge that you will consider the honour and sympathy of Islam to be more precious than your life, wealth, honour, children and every other thing. You will try to attain the pleasure of Allah the Almighty completely and you will be ready to make every sacrifice for the sake of your faith.

We repeat this pledge in our various gatherings and at other occasions as well. However, this pledge is not only to be repeated, rather we have to keep it in front of us and we have to make an effort to act upon it. Then the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said, that you can only pledge allegiance to me when you have sympathy for the creation of Allah the Almighty. This sympathy should only be for the sake of Allah the Almighty. As far as your ability is concerned, you should benefit mankind from the powers and blessings that Allah the Almighty has bestowed upon you.

For this, there is financial sacrifice, sacrifice of time, and there are other means of helping others. So, you should help others and the creation of Allah the Almighty in whatever way you can. Then the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that you can only pledge allegiance to me when you show complete obedience to the Promised Messiah. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that you should pledge allegiance only for the sake of Allah the Almighty and you should follow all His commandments.

The Shariah that the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has taught us, and the religious teachings that the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has taught us, and the teachings that Allah the Almighty has given to him and spread to others, and the commandments that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Holy Quran gave to him and the teachings that the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has given to others, you should pledge allegiance to them and try to act upon them until your last breath.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), as I have said before, came into this world because he wanted to purify the wrong teachings of Islam that had been spread by the wrong people in the past, and he wanted to present Islam to the world. He wanted to present the true religion that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had brought to the world and try to act upon it and form a community for it. This is the purpose for which the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) had come.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that when you show complete obedience to me, and there is no worldly relation or any form of servitude that will prevent you from doing so, only then will you be able to fulfil the right of Bai'at. Thus, this is a very important point that we should always remember. If this is the case, only then can we say that we have fulfilled the right of Bai'at of the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), and we are trying to do so.

For this very purpose, we have come to this Jalsa today because the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said with reference to the purpose of this Jalsa that this is a religious Jalsa and this Jalsa has been held with the special support of Allah the Exalted so that Allah the Exalted can make us human beings by means of God. Now, each and every one of us should assess to what extent they are acting upon these things.

Today, through MTA, those people are also participating in the Jalsa who are not in Qadian, but are participating in various other countries where Jalsas are being held. Right now, there are thousands of people sitting in front of me. The local Ahmadis of these countries have also taken the Bai'at on these same conditions. Therefore, they should always keep these things in view.

We see that, as the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said in this Jalsa, different nations are participating. Right now, we can see people sitting in different places who belong to different nations. All of them should keep assessing these things. Therefore, where we are participating in the Bai'at and taking advantage of the Jalsa, we are creating the means for our spiritual progress.

It is also clear that this Jalsa has created a unity through the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace), who is the servant of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him). Therefore, every Ahmadi in the world who is listening to me right now should always remember that in order to progress spiritually and to complete the Bai'at, we must make every possible effort to keep these things in view and try to act upon them to the best of our ability and to never move away from these things.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has said that in order to improve the Jama'at and to make his people realise that after taking the Bai'at, he has advised us on how and what we should pay attention to, how we should reform ourselves and what we should pay attention to. For this, the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has told us that we should develop righteousness within ourselves.

In the beginning, Allah the Almighty had said to mankind that only those who are righteous can attain the blessings of God. Therefore, develop righteousness, only then will you be able to avoid Shirk, only then will you be able to fulfil the rights of mankind and only then will you be able to fulfil the rights of Allah the Almighty. Therefore, we should always keep this in mind.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has said at one place that until one does not act, words will not work. If you wish to serve Islam, if you wish to fulfil the rights of your Bai'at, then first of all, you will have to adopt righteousness and purity. When you do this, then you will be under the protection of Allah the Almighty. You will be in His strong fort where no harm will befall you.

People complain that their prayers were not accepted. We prayed for this and that worldly desire, so first of all, we should assess whether we prayed to attain nearness to Allah the Almighty, and did we develop the righteousness within ourselves that Allah the Almighty had instructed us to? If not, then our complaints are of no benefit.

While advising, the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said: Look at how weak the external strength of the Muslims has become. Nations look at them with hatred and disdain. These days, this situation has become even worse, especially in the non-Muslim world and the Western world. These things are increasing. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that if your internal and spiritual strength becomes weaker and weaker, then consider it to be the end. If you no longer have any connection with Allah the Almighty, if your spirituality is no longer there, then the world will no longer interest you, and you will fall prey to the hands of Allah the Almighty, and then you will be finished.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that purify your souls in such a way that the power of the Holy Spirit will penetrate them. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that if you want to face this, if you want to remove the hatred and disdain of the people who look at you with hatred and disdain, then you will have to improve your condition, you will have to purify your souls. Only when you do this will the help of Allah the Almighty be with you.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that it is not enough to say that I have taken the oath of allegiance or to say that I am a Muslim. One person says that, Alhamdulillah, Islam is true, and I am a Muslim. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that the real thing is righteousness and purity. He said that if you adopt the true means of righteousness and purity, then I give you the glad tiding that you are standing on the border and no one can overcome you. You have protected your borders in such a way that no one can attack you and succeed. Thus, we should always remember these things.

Then, at one place, the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) said that righteousness is such a thing which can be called the summary of Shariah. If we were to describe Shariah in short, then the summary of Shariah can only be righteousness. Thus, this is such a fundamental thing which we should always remember. If there is righteousness, then only can we say that being a Muslim and an Ahmadi can be beneficial for us. Otherwise, no.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says about the ranks and ranks of righteousness that there are many ranks and ranks of righteousness. However, if a true student is able to attain the initial ranks and ranks with integrity and sincerity, then he attains the highest ranks due to his truthfulness. The fundamental thing is righteousness. If you develop this, then you will continue to attain the other ranks and you will continue to develop a relationship with God Almighty.

Allah the Almighty says, Surely, Allah accepts the prayers of the righteous. This is His promise, and He does not go back on His promise. He never goes against it. As Allah the Almighty has said, Surely, Allah does not go back on His promise. Thus, the condition of righteousness is a non-negotiable condition for the acceptance of prayer, which cannot be denied. Thus, if a person is heedless and unmindful and wants to accept prayer, then is he not foolish and ignorant?

If he does not think of righteousness and accept prayer, then he will be called a fool. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says, If Allah the Almighty has set a condition of righteousness and you do not have this basic condition within you, then you will not be able to act upon it. If you have righteousness within you and if you do not have the conditions mentioned in the Bai'at that the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has mentioned, then you will be called a fool and ignorant because you do not have righteousness within you.

A person does not fulfil the conditions of acceptance of prayer and complains that his prayers are not being accepted or that he does not have a relationship with Allah the Almighty. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says, Therefore, it is incumbent upon our Jama'at to tread the path of righteousness so that we may attain the pleasure and delight of acceptance of prayer and take part in increasing our faith.

The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says, I address my Jama'at and say that if there is a need for righteous deeds, if something can be granted to Allah the Almighty, then these are the righteous deeds. The word of God is raised towards the one who is righteous. The Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says, Our pen is like the sword of the Messenger of Allah, but only those who are righteous are granted victory and success.

Allah the Almighty has promised that the help of the believers is incumbent upon us and that Allah does not give way to disbelievers. Therefore, remember that your victory is righteousness. If you do not attain victory, it means that you do not have righteousness. If you have righteousness, then only will you be successful.

If you complain that the situation is bad, or that a particular place is in need of help, then it should be made clear that in order to remove these difficulties, it is necessary for us to develop righteousness within ourselves and to establish a special relationship with Allah the Almighty. We should also pay close attention to the fact that no action, action or thought of ours should be associated with any form of polytheism. There should not be any hidden polytheism within us.

This is a very important point, and the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) has repeatedly advised us to always pay attention to this. Similarly, the Promised Messiah (on whom be peace) says that only Bai'at is not sufficient, but righteousness is also necessary. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that if we only talk about vain things, then remember that there is no benefit. It is necessary to have righteousness in order to be victorious. If you wish to be victorious, then become righteous.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has drawn our attention to the fact that it is necessary for us to progress in our morals and actions and to adopt righteousness, so that we may benefit from the help and love of Allah the Almighty. Then, it is our duty to seek the help of Allah the Almighty and it is necessary for each and every one of us to respond to the attacks that are being carried out against Islam.

However, always remember that this is not a matter of one's own greatness. I would like to advise those who are preaching here. I have mentioned this in the previous sermon that those who start to speak about their greatness, the intention of their response should be that the glory of Allah the Almighty should be evident. Wherever one has to give evidence or respond to the opponents, the real objective should be that the glory of Allah the Almighty should be evident.

Then, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that you should adopt righteousness so that you may fulfil the rights of the pledge of allegiance. You should fulfil the objectives that I have set for you. You should fulfil these objectives and fulfil the rights of the pledge of allegiance. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that you should be humble in your prayers. You should adopt the habit of Tahajjud prayer. You should cry and supplicate in Tahajjud prayer because Allah the Almighty does not waste those who cry and adopt righteousness.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that the Jama'at should become righteous and should adopt the habit of Khushu and Khudu in their prayers. Only then will it be successful. I have met some people here who have come from abroad. Some people from Pakistan say that they have prayed a lot. I say to some of them that although you may pray a lot, you have not attained the standard that you should have. You need to raise it. Similarly, in the rest of the world, if we want to attain the blessings of Allah the Almighty, then we need to raise the standard even further.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that the Jama'at should become righteous and should adopt the habit of Khushu and Khudu in their prayers. Some people have narrated and stated that one day, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said with great pain, that you should adopt reformation and righteousness. It should not be the case that you become a hindrance in my path. There is great pain in this.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that if you have pledged allegiance to me, then you should reform yourself and develop a passion to develop a relationship with Allah the Almighty and develop a passion to act upon the words of Allah the Almighty. It should not be the case that you become a hindrance in fulfilling my mission.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that in order to attain these things, it is also necessary to seek forgiveness. He says, remember that to leave Allah the Almighty and rely on medicine and reformation is foolishness. You should develop such reformation in your life that you become aware that it is a new life. The benefit of pledging allegiance is only when you develop a pure reformation in your life, a new life and a reformation that is clear and visible.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that you should seek forgiveness. Those who have little time due to their worldly affairs, i.e. people are busy with worldly affairs, and they do not have time to seek forgiveness and pay attention to their faith, should fear the most. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that those people who are stuck in this world should fear the most.

It is permissible to offer the prayers of Zohr and Asr, Maghrib and Isha combined in the state of helplessness. However, this is not a habit. It is permissible to combine and offer prayers, but to say that I forgot and did not offer the prayers is wrong. Every Ahmadi should always avoid this.

Many people do not pay attention to their prayers. If they have come to the Jalsa, then wherever the Jalsa is being held for three days, they must have paid attention to their prayers and Tahajjud prayers. The reports also state that they are paying attention, but when they go to their homes, they do not remain regular in their prayers, which shouldn't be the case. This is why the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said, Do not commit injustice and injustice in the rights of Allah and the rights of mankind. If you do this properly, then God Almighty will continue to bless you with worldly blessings.

Similarly, the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, while advising his Jama'at, said that God Almighty does not care for anyone, but He cares for the righteous. If there are righteous people, then God Almighty certainly cares for them. God Almighty also listens to their prayers. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that develop brotherhood and love among yourselves and leave off all vices and disputes. Be free from all kinds of ridicule and mockery.

Leave off all kinds of ridicule and mockery, because ridicule and mockery take a person's heart away from truthfulness and take it elsewhere. Treat each other with respect. Give precedence to your brother's ease over your own ease. Create a true reconciliation with God Almighty and return to His obedience. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that the wrath of God Almighty is descending on the earth and only those can be saved from this who completely repent of all their sins and come before Him.

Thus, we should pay special attention to the current situation in the world and keep in mind that these circumstances are becoming a means of the wrath of God Almighty. This is why we need to truly fulfil our pledge of allegiance. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that if you fulfil your pledge in the way of God Almighty and become a true follower of His religion, then God Almighty will remove all obstacles and you will be successful.

Have you not seen that a farmer, for the sake of his fertile plants, throws away the useless things from his field and protects his field with his fertile trees and evergreen plants and saves it from every harm and loss? However, God Almighty does not care for the trees and plants that do not bear fruit and do not dry up. If a farmer eats them or if a woodcutter cuts them and puts them in an oven, God Almighty does not care for this.

Thus, you should also remember that if you remain true in the presence of God Almighty, then no one's opposition will cause you any harm. Thus, if you have pledged allegiance, then you will have to fulfil it in the true sense of the word, and then the opposition will not cause you any harm. For the sake of God Almighty's pleasure, you will then consider every opposition to be insignificant.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that if you do not correct your condition and do not make a true pledge of obedience to God Almighty, then God Almighty does not care for anyone. Thousands of sheep and goats are slaughtered every day, and no one shows any mercy to them. However, if a man is killed, then how much is the repercussions, and there is a lot of commotion about it.

So, if you consider yourself to be a beast and become careless, then you will also be in the same state. Then, you have caused a lot of fear. Then, God Almighty will not care for you. You should join those who are dear to God Almighty so that no calamity dares to attack you. In other words, God Almighty will accept your prayers, and you will be safe from calamities.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that nothing can happen on earth without the permission of God Almighty. You should remove all quarrels, anger and enmity between you. You should stop quarrelling with each other and remain as brothers and sisters. You should remain as one community, and you should develop a special kind of love and affection because this is the only thing that can save you. This should be a characteristic of the Jama'at, and this should be a sign.

Therefore, we should always assess each other in this regard. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, says that you should remove all quarrels and enmity between you. Now is the time that you should stop quarrelling and become busy with important and great matters. Stop small matters and focus on important matters. People will oppose you, but you should explain to them in a gentle manner and should never let your passion get in the way.

This is my will, and you should remember this as a will. Do not be stubborn and strict in your actions. Instead, you should explain to everyone in a gentle manner. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said this with great pain. Then, while expressing his pain, he mentioned a revelation which was issued on 22nd June 1899. He said, many times, it was announced by God Almighty that if you become righteous and follow the path of righteousness, then God Almighty will be with you.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said this to the Jama'at. So, this is the fundamental thing that God Almighty told him that he should instil this in his Jama'at. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that this causes great pain in my heart as to what I should do so that our Jama'at adopts true righteousness and purity. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that I pray so much that while I am praying, weakness overcomes me. At times, my weakness reaches the point of destruction. This is the state I am in due to your grief that God Almighty instils such righteousness in the Jama'at.

So, we should listen to this and assess ourselves to what extent we are following the path of righteousness and are fulfilling our pledge of allegiance. The condition of the pledge of allegiance that we have taken is such that while we are praying, our weakness is being overcome. We are also not fulfilling the fundamental rights of God Almighty or fulfilling the rights of His creation.

So, this is a state of great thought, understanding and fear that God Almighty may take away the blessings that we should receive by taking the pledge of allegiance. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that until a Jama'at becomes righteous in the sight of God Almighty, the help of God Almighty cannot be a part of it. One should not consider oneself righteous; one should become righteous in the sight of God Almighty. Therefore, in order for the help of God Almighty to be a part of it, it is necessary to become righteous. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that righteousness is the summary of all the scriptures of the Holy Qur'an, the Torah and the teachings of the Gospels. The Holy Qur'an has expressed the great will of God Almighty in just one word: that we should adopt righteousness. God Almighty has explained everything in the words of righteousness. God Almighty has explained the responsibilities of all the rights of God and His creation in the words of righteousness.

Therefore, we should reflect upon this, and we should understand that when we reflect upon this and return to the conditions of taking the pledge of allegiance, we will also understand the reality of all these things. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, said that I am also concerned that I should select the true righteous among my Jama'at, those who give precedence to faith over worldly pursuits, and those who are determined to go to God, and entrust them with some religious tasks. We have searched for such people that I should select them and give them this task. Therefore, we should strive to be among those people who are sought after by the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, and then we should fulfil our responsibilities to strengthen the faith and to spread the faith. In particular, we should reflect upon the life of the Waqf-e-Nau in this day and age. By the grace of God Almighty, the Waqf-e-Nau are also being prepared in a special manner. They should particularly remember the words of the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, and as I have said, it is the duty of every member of the Jama'at to tread on the path of righteousness and to become a recipient of the prayers of the Promised Messiah.

The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has prayed for his followers, O Lord of the worlds, I cannot thank You for Your favours. You are most Merciful and most Beneficent. Your unceasing favours are upon me. Forgive my sins, so that I may not perish. Fill my heart with Your pure love, so that I may attain life. Cover me with Your veil, so that I may act in a manner that pleases You. I seek refuge in You from the fact that Your wrath may be upon me. Have mercy on me and save me from the afflictions of this world and the hereafter, for every favour is in Your hands. Therefore, the prayers that the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has made for us and has instructed us to pray is that we should pray and develop a relationship with God Almighty. We should pray for this, and may God Almighty continue to increase this relationship. Therefore, if we act upon these things, then God Willing, we will attain the objectives for which the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, had come and for which we have pledged allegiance to him.

If we wish to become a recipient of the prayers of the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, and especially to become a recipient of the prayers that the Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has made for the participants of the Jalsa, then we must always keep these things in view in order to understand the oath of allegiance and to repeat it. As I have said, we should always keep these things in view or keep them in a place where people can see them. People keep a lot of things in a frame; if they also keep this in a frame, then it will be beneficial. May Allah enable each and every one of us to bring about pure changes in our condition, and may we strive to fulfil the conditions of the oath of allegiance. The Promised Messiah, on whom be peace, has given a lot of painful advice in this regard. I have mentioned some of them before you. If we wish to become a recipient of the advice and prayers of the Promised Messiah, then we will have to change our actions. We will have to bring about a clear change within ourselves. Only when this happens will we attain the objective of the oath of allegiance. May Allah enable us to do so. Please join me in silent prayer. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon you. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
